🍫 No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars 🍫

Ingredients


  • 1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter,
  • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted,
  • 2 cups (200g) graham cracker crumbs,
  • 2 cups (240g) powdered sugar,
  • 1½ cups (265g) semisweet chocolate chips,
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (for topping).

Directions


  1. Mix the base: In a large bowl, stir together melted butter, peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Press: Spread the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined 9x9 inch pan.
  3. Make the topping: Melt the chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in the microwave (30-second intervals, stirring in between) until smooth.
  4. Layer: Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter base and spread evenly.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until firm.
  6. Serve: Slice into bars and enjoy!
